<br /><br />"Hopefully the <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">People</span> feature is just the beginning for me. I feel especially honored to be South Asian and featured in People."<br /><br />Agarwal has been modeling during the past two years in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area, for designers such as David Romero, Vikram Phadnis and the Satya Paul line; and has done catalogues and ad campaigns as well as a recent cover of San Jose magazine.<br /><br />But his heart is in his real work. <br /><br />"The reason I started Project Education was to allow bright, motivated students who lack nothing but the resources to succeed in their professional lives and in life," Agarwal said.<br /><br />Project Education has a Schools-In-Need Database (which matches Bay Area schools in need of educational equipment and supplies to donors in the community), and will soon launch its second initiative, a tutoring program for underserved schools throughout California.<br /><br />"[Also] in the works is our Today''s Future, Tomorrow''s Leader''s program, which helps students from underprivileged circumstances attend and succeed in college, and beyond, and provides everything from financial assistance to workshops and tutoring," he said.<br /><script language="javascript">doweshowbellyad=0; </script></div> </div>
